Clean, comfort and spacious room

The pools were beautiful, surrounded by frangipani trees and lush tropical gardens, making them a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend adding the breakfast package to your reservation. The buffet was excellent, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine with a selection of rotating traditional dishes each morning. There were also plenty of familiar favourites, including beef and chicken sausages, a waffle station, a fresh egg station, and a fruit and salad bar, so there was something for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed, with a lovely bathroom, a daybed, a desk, and plenty of space to hang clothes. We ended up staying here unexpectedly after having to leave another accommodation, and we're so glad we found it. The staff were welcoming, the resort was peaceful, and it turned what could have been a very stressful part of our holiday into a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only downside during our stay was the timber decking surrounding parts of the tiered pools. Some of the wooden planks felt quite soft and weathered, and in places it seemed as though they could crack underfoot. It looked like maintenance may already be underway, and there are other ways to access the pools without needing to walk across the decking. One thing to be aware of if you have coeliac disease or require a strict gluten-free diet is that the kitchen's advice about gluten-free meals wasn't always consistent. On one evening I was told the French fries, salmon steak and garlic butter were all gluten free, but when I ordered the same meal a couple of nights later I was told they weren't. Fortunately, I didn't have any reaction, but the conflicting information could be concerning for guests with coeliac disease or severe gluten allergies. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort offers great value for money, the staff were welcoming, and we would happily stay here again.

Everything. It was a great property. Amazing stay. Amazing swimming pool. Great food. Full of greenery. The distance inside Pecatu is bit longer from main road.

Great value for the price.

Breakfast was excellent, room (shower, bed, bathroom) was excellent as well. The whole location was very beautiful, but it was just far from the places we wanted to go. So every time we needed to go out, it was a long "grab" away.

Facilities are generally clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimmingpool area is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is beautiful and clean as well, complete with toiletries. Food selections at breakfast buffet is just so-so. But its all good. Hotel is a bit old, as some facilities need repairs (eg. Chipped off lamination of some tables at the lobby, broken ceiling at the elevator to name a few)

Perfect

We loved our stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The swimming pools and pool chairs outside are perfect for lounging and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The property isn’t central to the restaurants however just a short drive of motorbike ride away?

I was shocked when I asked to have my evening suit steamed and was told the hotel didn't offer that service. Furthermore, they do offer ironing (it's listed in the price list), but the staff said they didn't. Instead, they brought me an iron and ironing board so I could iron my clothes myself. There was also no door to the bathroom in the room; it was just a doorway. If you're arriving with someone else, sitting on the toilet will be in full view of whoever's in the room with you—another shock. The hotel tries to look Swiss, but in reality, it's extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and has terrible service. If this chain is owned by someone in Europe, and if it's a higher-end hotel in other countries, then this hotel in Bali requires European management to step in.

The rooms were nice. The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was so kind.

Very comfortable stay

Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, peaceful environment, good breakfast, waterproof slippers Room's wooden floor make sounds, no iron, no bidet, 1 sliding door for bathroom and wardrobe to close either 1, 1 lift for 5 storey building, limited kids play area

As a muslim, I just wish there was a bidet in the bathroom.
