the room overlooks a pool which is great. Thats about all that is great, the rest of the room was not that great. For example, the light switches sometimes works, but if they don't try try again :) The cleaning services were really bad. We called them about maybe spraying the bathroom (the bathroom has an open ceiling) and the room has wood flooring that you can see nature underneath it. I mean it's okay to find maybe a few bugs here and there, but a crap!! that was something... ooh and also Jerry (the mouse) eat our soap. Another disappointment, on the day of check out at around 11:30AM they refused to serve us coffee as the checkout time was set by at 12PM and we can NOT extend it an hour. The key question, is how did they deliver that message. In short, they said you want coffee? come to the front desk and we would give you coffee, which was laughable. And another point do NOT leave any food / drinks after you are done outside or inside of your room as ants have a fantastic updating service and location of such will be identified and attacked at once lol and yeah the staff might leave it till next day or the next afternoon

Views and restaurants Room was so crowded and dark, and open restrooms has lots of small insects
-
The whole management and the system was cheap

The staff. Nothing about the hotel There is no air conditioning at the reception. We were sweating while checking in and checking out. Also no air conditioning in the rooms and restrooms. Some sort of “fresh bed”. The bathroom was an oven!!! Also no lights in the room very tough for women to do makeup. However the staff were very nice and tried to help but without air conditioning it was a very bad experience

LOCATION, views, facilities, breakfast, staff, and staff communication. The wifi was unreliable in the room.

What a lovely property!! So relaxing and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is gorgeous. We would watch the sunset during happy hour and the open air concept truly feels like you are part of nature. The staff is attentive and the food was delicious. Close to walking into town with shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

View was nice from the lobby... The whole resort is very outdated & rundown. Very disapointing considering how expensive it was: no gym, dark small rooms with no desk. Staff warn about monkeys but this could easily be fixed with mesh above the showers. Very strict rules in the hotel - not allowed any outside food...but their food at the hotel is so limited and very expensive. Would NEVER stay here again.

Close to all the fun spots in Uluwatu and very comfy rooms! Staff are all incredibly welcoming and the pool is in the best spot. Easy to find/get to. Breakfast was delicious and included in our room rate. Hidden gem for sure!

Amazing staff and service. Excellent food Great location

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bed had it's own air conditioning which was fab. The food was disappointing. Some of it was extremely salty. I also did not like that breakfast was included in the price, but there were many items on the breakfast menu that were not included and we would have to pay more. This seemed petty and cheap. The room was very dark and only one chair. It also lacked a table to put things on. We were provided with 2 bottles of water morning and evening and told we could ask for more, which we had to do constantly. The only way to contact reception (other than walking there) was through Whatsapp. I was not keen on adding the hotel to my contacts. There were loose tiles in the main swimming pool and the other pool was difficult to get into, balancing on tree trunks placed in the pool as steps. One of these was wobbly and there was no handrail.

The resort and setting is beautiful. The location near the access to Padang Padang beach is very convenient. The staff are first class, very attentive, professional and made us feel very welcomed… my wife and I highly recommend Suarga when staying in the Uluwatu

Great location, beautiful facility, and amazing design. Breakfast could use some work

This property is truly stunning. From the beautifully designed common areas to the serene pools and elegant rooms, every corner exudes charm and tranquility. The view from the cliffside is absolutely breathtaking—worth the price of the stay on its own. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the “Evening Breeze” air conditioning system positioned above it was a standout feature. It created the perfect sleeping environment, and I’m now seriously considering installing one at home. The staff were gracious and accommodating, especially on our departure day when we had a late evening flight. We were able to enjoy the facilities after checkout and they provided a room to shower before departure which made a world of difference in our travel experience. My partner and I both indulged in spa treatments that were, without question, the best we experienced during our entire vacation. The breakfast was enjoyable, though we found the Nasi Goreng at a nearby warung to be more flavorful and authentic. On our final evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant and were impressed by the quality of the food and the extensive wine list—a lovely way to end our stay. While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, a few details detracted from the overall experience. To begin with, the pool towels and lounge cushions are in need of an upgrade. Sitting on heavily stained cushions and laying out equally worn and discolored towels felt incongruous with the otherwise stunning surroundings. Additionally, the absence of complimentary drinking water after breakfast was disappointing, especially considering the price of the stay. Throughout our travels in Indonesia, even at more modestly priced accommodations, we consistently had access to free filtered water. This small gesture goes a long way in enhancing guest experience and comfort. Lastly, we were surprised to find a steep corkage fee applied to any outside beverages consumed on the property—even in the privacy of our own room. Having brought a half-finished bottle of wine from a previous hotel, we were left with the choice of drinking it straight from the bottle or paying the excessive charge to get a glass from the bar. We have never before experienced this type of restriction and, in our view, it detracted from the overall experience. While the property itself met expectations, this policy felt misaligned with the level of service and value we expected with this property

Small room, like a tent

We had a 3 bedroom villa with pool facing the ocean. Pool great Main room ok but no glass windows so if you open blinds for light the ac doesn’t cool. The room is extremely dark could not see a thing day or noght. No coffee machine or cattle in the room. The two extra rooms were underground, dark and sufforcating. Not worth the price at all. Overall looks and feels old. Main pool is very nice. At checkin you are made to sign a don’t do list Not allowed any food in that is not packaged like chips No taleout No surfboards in villa No smoking anywhere not even outside your villa And so on Not to welcoming. Breakfast included but no coffee or tea only filter cof Very poor breakfast all is extra. Disappointed!

AC didn't work as good as it could have. The lights in the bathroom were too dim.

The location was fabulous. Right on the cliff. Lying by the pool was magnificent . The bed pillows were too thick for me and there wasn’t another option unfortunately.

The staff, the resolution of any issue and how fast. Literally everything

The architecture was amazing along with the property location in proximity to the beach. The room was very nice and quite comfortable aside from the toilet issue I mention in the next section. We were instructed to inform the staff when our room service meal was finished so they could pick up the dishes so as not to bring monkeys onto the property. When we woke up the next morning, the dishes were still outside our door and it appears that the monkeys had gotten to some scraps. The toilet also clogged and no rubbish was placed in the toilet upon flushing. Service was quite slow at breakfast and on the pool deck. The staff were great however I don’t think there were enough staff available to handle the amount of guests.

Great location, great pool with amazing views. The eco friendly vibe is super. I wished that the service was a bit faster. Seemed a little understaffed.
