Clean room, friendly staff What was listed on the room booked, on Booking.com, I didn't get.

Great accommodation and in fantastic location. We walked everywhere in the town from here. Room was big, clean and quiet. WiFi was a bit hit and miss.

Dinner and breakfast were good value. Old rooms, but clean. Easy stop for the one night.

It’s a bit dated but has a nice feel for a country town.

Cleanliness is good Need to provide a few kitchen items like a microwave oven, toaster, and sandwich maker for making breakfast.

Checking in. Checking out. The breakfast coffee machine. Bed was comfortable The staff were helpful with some items we forgot on leaving. A rather odd hotel, shabby but probably a good stay back in the day and the staff were generally friendly. Sadly it all is so down at heel now. Breakfast (Continental) was basic, nothing more that a few yogurts and few cereals and toast on offer. No fruit or cheese or other items. We opted for a cooked breakfast which was ok but overpriced and basic. Coffee (lavazza) from the machine was the best though, THE only highlight of our stay, strong and aromatic. The room was ok, we had a suite room which was a good size and pretty quiet though lots of noise early on from the balcony above us which was a single wooden layer only. Unfortunately on arrival the smell of the draIns was overpowering until we ran the water for a half hour or so. The room and bathroom, especially the bath, was dirty and grimy and we didn't linger despite the advertised ’spa bath’…Not good. The worst room ‘cleanliness' I’ve seen anywhere to be honest. Overall, for $205 room only?, a bit shabby, a bit dirty and poor value. No other choice available for Pemberton, so they probably won’t feel the need to change. :-(

location and the restaurant food, pizza and the kids meal was great The toilet light seems not working? Had to use my phone torch to light up ??but that’s okay we only stay for one night

Good home style food on menu Nothing really typical country pub atmosphere

Great location for walks on the Bib track or rides down the Munda Biddi. Lovely spot. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. On-site restaurant and cafe - very convenient. Nothing flash on the menu, but very decent. Couldn't fault it.

Room was great - request for 3 singles accommodated. The roast meal we had wasn't a highlight. Doubt would eat there again.

Well located. Good sized room with balcony views across the road to the forest. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Onsite parking. Power blackout in the accommodation in the morning. Room was a little dark and showing its age.

Spacious room, but lacks comfortable furniture (e.g. seats/sofa). No bath lotion, shampoo and conditioner .

Meals in the pub dinner were great - good serves. Wi-Fi signal in rooms was weak because of rammed earth walls. But worked fine rksewhere

Wifi not working and the woman in reception didn’t seem to care.
