I like how the so much space and great views. My room was first , so the view from balcony is not bird eyes view.

The location was good. Some staff were friendly like the bellboys and the restaurant crew, but the receptionists were mostly nonchalant and didn't reflect the merry-coloured uniform they were in. The amenities were quite basic but of good quality. Just that it could be better with price I paid, eg no iron/ironing board - I had to request, no simple mineral bottles that could be taken away like when going to the gym/beach. It was in glass tumbler that needed to be refilled often. And when I requested for an extra pillow and towel, the PIC was asking me many questions as to why I needed them. If I had to be charged, she could have told me so, and in the end I had to choose only one. At other hotels of similar prices, these were sent to my room with not much fuss.

The outer or design. The hotel can access directly to the beach This is just a comment, not the matter of disliking the property. It was the heavy raining day when we stayed in. Had our dinner in Hotel. The restaurant full of rain water flowing in.. the staff was busy sweeping the water.. the way to our rooms also flooded with water.. I think the infrastructure or the facilities did not fix them properly..

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. View from the balcony was good. The breakfast has a good variety and food are mostly good. The driveway from the road to the entrance was steep.

I like the the design of your hotel. The location is good. The beach looks private. Your breakfast was pretty good, no complaint. i like the cleanliness. room design is nice also. Two things that must take care of is, 1. The air-con in the room is bad. It was pre-set. so no matter to what temperature i set. it always went back to the pre-set. which was disappointing. I felt so cold at night if i went without the blanket. 2. you need to fix your gym's equipment. the pull-down machine is missing it's pin for the weight. Please provide another adjustable bench.

It was located just near the beach and 20-30 minutes ride to Georgetown. The hotel was relatively new and very modern. I loved my stay! The view from my room was fantastic! Felt like 5-star hotel!

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my entire family. Breakfast was delicious with reasonably good variety. The hotel has a small private beach spot that can be easily accessible directly from the hotel which is great. Hotel is conveniently located within driving distance to shopping malls and eateries. Parking is convenient with a basement parking and staff was very helpful and courteous. There was a bit of confusion at checkin for my breakfast booking. My booking included breakfast for the entire family but i was informed i only had breakfast for 2. It was only later when i checked with the staff at the restaurant that they confirmed i already had booking for my family of 4.

The environment is good, staff is good attitude, beach access, good seaview, room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Will come again next time, luv it! WiFi a bit poor in my room and the water temperature a bit hard to control. Breakfast a bit normal
