The room door vary hard to close. and The bed is dusty, and it makes me itchy when I sleep.

Please provide spoon for stirring water .

Spacious and family oriented. Nice deco and cormfortsble feel. Water leaks in wash basin and ceiling leak. Lastly parking your car is a hustle.

No positives Edit: Don't listen to the owner's response, they are not telling the truth. We did message you multiple times about the dogs starting in the early evening, you deflected the issue a couple times and last responded late at night at approx 1am when we were leaving, and never did a single thing about the problem. Going to listen for 5 minutes of silence doesn't rectify the situation, and based on your response you're well aware of the sound. It was not occasional at 1:30am, they were barking non stop. Not a chance re: your comment about sticking around to monitor the dogs any further. The owner has multiple dogs as close as 10m away from several rooms in the hotel that bark all hours of the night. When asked about this she simply stated "They bark when someone happens to walk by and startles them". We couldn't sleep and had to leave and find a different hotel at 2am on the first night. Owner went silent when asked for a refund, had to pursue via credit card protections.

WiFi was bad

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and lovely to relate to. The pool although small was a wonderful addition to the stay we had. For the price it is an amazing hotel. Being right on the main road, but despite its location the noise wasn’t an issue when sleeping.

No fridge

Nothing They DO NOT clean the rooms or offer clean towels. I had to ask for toilet paper every other day. One small roll at a time. The do not pick up the trash. No front desk. I was there for 2-wks and had to ask them to sweep the room. Terrible for a stay more then 2 nights. The front door was open all day & night. Very unsafe. It took them several minutes for staff to inspect my room when I was checking out to get my deposit back. Not sure what they were looking for. Nothing to steal in this room!

Reasonably priced. Ants in bathroom. No lift. Confused entry, since no front desk— unsure where to go upon entry. GRAB address is incorrect for this hotel, needs manually corrected.

The bathroom cleanliness should be upgraded. No teaspoon given at the pantry meanwhile the cups were given.

Overall environment feel like home, and very quiet place for vacation choice. With some antique surrounds look like villa. Hotel staff too, very responsive to every reply on chat. Thumbs up

I delivered at the hotel around 7.45 pm but when I asked to the staff where should I parked my car, his answered was very disappointed me, unfriendly. The hotel area in a residential area and does not my reach expectations before. The toilet don't have curtains to covered the window, not safety to me. And the most important, my room had no water 2 time during my stay there.

This hotel was absolutely impeccable. My room was outside of the pool and it had a very cozy and comfortable feel. As you enter the room, you see a nice red floor, a clean bathroom, and towels ready for you. The beds are very soft and comfortable. This hotel is completely worth it for the price. The lighting could be improved as it is rather dim. There is one bar light and some other light for the room. It makes the room feel a bit less cozy. Adding some nice gold/yellow colored lights in the bed frames and on the ceiling and removing the bar light would be good.

Really enjoyed the pool and the place was super well set up. They only provided one room key and the pool closes at 8:30.
