I liked that it is near a bus stop, and some local hidden gems for your meals. Very central location yet not busy and noisy Street is not too well lit if you will be Walking home alone at night.

Good location, walking distance to everywhere. Very friendly staff and clean. They made our room every day. Nothing to complain about, would stay here again.

The location, it’s very central. They also cleaned my room each day at reasonable hours. They are culturally paranoid and the value for money isn’t there. If you arrive from abroad and only have a debit card, expect having to walk to an ATM to give them a cash deposit equivalent to $25. I would not bother my clients for a deposit of that amount. Especially since people might be landing from other continents. I moved to a different hotel on my last night for the same price and it was much nicer (not windowless, more space, no deposits). They are also not super friendly or helpful with tourism. I think this is a business trip hotel.

my room with private living room, the space is quiet comfortable. the room is clean but the exhaust fan must work a whole day; otherwise, there is a smell of smoking in my room. there is ktv next to the hotel, which is annoying sometimes

The room is no noise isolated. The road noise + other guest sound. But the hotel have provide the ear plug.

The location is just nice to see George Town. The room next to the main road, morning traffic noise.

This property definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location in Georgetown, not far from some amazing eateries and bars as well as plenty of heritage sites, temples and other attractions. For the price I paid I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room, the fact it had a window, the great AC, the comfy bed and the hot shower. It even had a desk with a chair! Additionally it is quite modern with a fast lift, a water machine in the corridor and an automated check in/check out experience. Finally, the check-in lady was really friendly and helped me to use the machine as well as greeted me when I came in and out of the hotel. I was very impressed and if I'm on a budget again I will be sure to check out this property. I think there could be a bit of artwork on the walls- the rooms were clean and simply decorated but a bit of artwork would make it even nicer. This is not the fault of the hotel per se but there was a sewage smell in the area which you can smell in the room. Again, I don't believe this is anything to do with the hotel but it is something to be made aware of.

Friendly staff with friendly smile and greetings. She took effort to provide umbrella since it was raining when wanted to out for dinner. The room was clean and reasonable in terms of space. There is wifi in the room and can ask for basic amenities like toothbrush if needed. There is a dedicated place at the hallway to iron clothes with place to hang the clothes which was quite helpful during ironing. The location is quite near to eateries, self laundry and convenient shop, and a walking distance to certain tourist spots. The mattress seemed to be a bit soft on one side (head) so felt a bit uncomfortable when lying down.

We had noisy electric in our room and it got very warm when clima was not on.

Room and bathroom were clean and good size and modern. Location is very good too. Friendly staff as well. There was no mini-fridge in room. In hot and humid conditions, there should be a fridge in room . - noise problem between rooms. : there was no noise problem from outside but unfortunately there were very rude and disrespectful guests that booked few rooms in same floor and used hotel as their child playground and use hallway as their communication . All other guests had nightmare . Nobody could rest or relax with their noise. Very bad experience and memory for nice hotel that we pay over $50/night in Malaysia.

Clean room. Updated facilities. Check in time is at 3:30.

The best part is hotel is providing parking although it is limited, i still can park beside street. Voice insolation little bit weak while we can hear people walking outside or closing the door.
