Modern, comfortable rooms with the fluffiest towels of any hotel! Super clean room thanks to Asad. Great staff who all made me feel really welcome. And they have filtered water on every floor you can fill up your bottles or the decanter left in each room. Nice pool on the top floor too! Really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing!

The hotel is perfectly located and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and we really liked the pool area. If you stay on a higher floor, you’re rewarded with stunning views over the city. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Georgetown!

I didnt lkke that when I arrived the floor of the room was still dirty, not a good welcome.

Great location, easy to walk to key areas of interest. Clean spacious rooms. Child's breakfast rate was supposedly not included in the booking.com rate even though I selected and paid for the correct occupancy at the room. When checking in at 1am this was rather annoying, and the person checking us in could barely understand or speak English. I paid the extra fee out of sheer annoyance to get checked in as quickly as possible. I think breakfast quality could be better.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many attractions, cafes, and shopping areas, making it really convenient to explore Penang. The breakfast had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and well-maintained, and the facilities like the pool and gym were in great condition. Definitely one of the best value-for-money stays in Penang — would happily come back again!

Location and cleanliness. The bed was terrible, it is too soft and hurt our backs. We complained and the staff said there is nothing they can do. We stayed here before but it was not like this. A hotel bed is the key factor I chose a hotel, so when the bed is hurting my back, it is a deciding factor for me. Although I like the hotel location and other things. Please fix your beds!

Great location, definitely walkable around for old town but the heat does get to you. There is a small convenience store just across the street so great for essentials. The pool was great, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and spacious. The gym was quite small but had the essentials.

Exceptional

The location is good, close to major areas, about 15 min. walk. The rooftop pool is great. The staff is friendly. Room is quite spacious. Housekeeping not done very well. Did not come one day, noticed floor is dirty, obviously no vacuum cleaning. Soundproofing not so good.

Property was located in the good spot. All staff were exceptional and very helpful. Room was always kept in perfect condition by Abu. Breakfast had a big range. Very good hotel to stay would recommend to everybody. Everything was very good.
