The location is perfect in George town. Since I love walking, I could easily find eateries, tourist places nearby. They provide water filter to fill bottles! Very neat and clean! Please add breakfast/restaurant as it gets easier for people travelling. The walls are relatively thinner so sometimes sounds from the adjoining rooms can bother. It depends on how loud your neighbours are and if you are a light sleeper.

I was not comfortable with the deposit policy. When I entered the room, there was a list showing potential charges for any damaged items, and the amounts mentioned were extremely high and unreasonable. This created unnecessary stress and made the stay feel unwelcoming, as it felt like we were being pre-charged for possible damages rather than trusted as guests. The approach did not make sense to me and negatively impacted the overall experience.

The room that I happen to be in does not have a shower curtain, so it does have some inconvenience when there is 2 people needed to go to the toilet and shower at the same time.

Clean and comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful too. We arrived early, the staff tried their best to allow us check in early even the day before was full house. Very helpful of them. None

Everything,clean, friendly staffs, can buy coffee from machine outside, strategic place,walking distance when wanna find food, or can go to ozo hotel for lunch. Convenient take grab to go anywhere..have free parking for hotel guest. Nearby ferry jetty Not really sound proof, it's ok. Bring your own toiletries..

For the rate and price in Penang Island, the location overall is good, but it would have been better if the coffee machine were working or breakfast were provided. Overall, it was a good stay.

I do not like the bathroom because the shower water make the floor out side become wet. Need more than one floor towel. The food street seller is to far from the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One thoughtful feature I really appreciated was the hot and cold water dispensers available in the hotel lobby—very convenient! Bottled water was also provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The only downside was that the corridor outside the hotel rooms wasn’t air-conditioned, which made it feel quite warm and stuffy at times.

The most annoying thing was being charged 8%VAT + 8% Tax (?) on top of the headline price quoted. What "tax"? This may not be the hotel's fault, but Booking.com's? Anyway, the receptionist was unable to tell us what the "tax" was. This hotel appears to embody a "minimalist" principle: 1) No outside view from window. 2) No hand soap in bathroom; had to use what was in the shower cubicle. 3) Inadequate shower creen resulting in wet bathroom floor after shower. 4) Hanging rack only...only 4 hangers. No drawers or shelves for clothes or other items. 5) No instructions for room "safe" (i.e. combination lock on cabinet) 6) Right side of the bed was hard up against the wall...try getting up in the middle of the night!

Toiletries were fairly basic (i.e. no hand soap), and apart from a hanging rack, there was very limited cupboard/drawer space. OK for a short stay, but otherwise one would literally have to live out of one's suitcase.

Our hotel room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and we had no issues during our stay. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Nothing in particular. The hotel is slightly out of the main area but the walk is manageable.

Very comfortable. Near old town. I liked the harbor view from my window. Everything was new. Opened three months earlier. Sidewalks in Georgetown are uneven. I don’t know if I would have liked the rooms without windows. Some communication issues in terms of English. No restaurant on site yet.
