Urban H Hotel

The location is great. Gym is outdated and useless. Rooms lacks an element of comfort (ie. comfy chairs to sit in). The elevators are shared with an office building so you often have to wait a long time as they are always full.

The location was fantastic and the unit was very clean. The unit was dated for what we paid. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Some lights didn't work. The room was big but felt empty and uncomfortable. There was just one very uncomfortable chair and it wasn't a good place to spend time. We chose this hotel because it had a gym, but the gym is dated, had missing + minimal equipment and is virtually useless. We could have booked a much nicer hotel in the area (without a gym) for the same price, and now I wish we had. It seems we paid a premium from a gym that we really didn't get. I still gave the property 7 stars because it was VERY clean and the staff let us extend our stay when plans changed (didn't feel like moving all our stuff to a new hotel )

Quiet neighborhood, simple modern design, close to attractions, friendly staff, good internet connection It was true that you can hear noise from the other rooms, but that really did not bother us, as we were there when there were not many guests.

Good location Have you ever heard of hotel operating from 9 am to 9 pm???

Clean room, nice staff Location is ok, but not perfect

We would like to express our gratitude to Ms Ming and Goh for their excellent service and hospitality. We are very touched with their professionalism throughout our stay. They even guided us on places to visit and eatery. Vimal and family- Kuala Lumpur 1. Towels were smelly 2. Insufficient supply of mineral water bottle 3. Water flowing from shower to the main sink

Staff were kind & helpful when you asked for something - ask for electrical adapter at reception. Good sized modern rooms with mini-fridge and usual amenities. Poor hot water - sluggish to arrive (waste 1000L waiting) and just beyond tepid when it finally arrives. I asked for assistance because it took inordinate amount of time (could have 2x full showers in cold water before warm water kicks in) but was assured it was normal for hotel despite maintenance apparently looking at it. Enormous waste of water and undermines any environmental-friendly attempts. Poor electrical / lighting - main switch near bed (poor design) to have bathroom lights on (so in the middle of the night you light up the bedroom too) … main light is not named / indicated so it took phone call to reception to uncover the mystery. Ridiculous design & frustrating system.

Clean

Quite new and clean. The lobby is good. Right hand side of the main entrance. The staff will call you before your arrival to confirm on the arriving time. During the stay, very responsive to the issues such as carpark and item replenishment. Very easy to get a parking as they have own parking lot. The parking is free of charge, just approached the staff for the payment will do. The room is quite acceptable as well. Quite comfy. Tv doesn’t really good? bring own laptop or hdmi cable for own shows?

Ceiling has water leakage. Water droplets shower on me when sitting at the desk. Have proper place for shower gel & shampoo in shower room. Provide slipper if can. Longer electricity cut off time after access card removed. Longer staff service hour

convenient location noisy and the double bed is small for 2 adults. lightings for the 2 room was abit dark. especially for the bathroom.

Maybe the room that I stay is at corner and nearer to the machine room, it's noisy at certain time. And my room air-conditioning was not functioning well.

A boutique hotel but took care of all basic needs for a guest. Check in was seamless. Toiletries were provided. Rooms were clean. Most impt for us the toilet wet and dry areas were well separated :)

The air conditioner is acting strangely at times. Switches off at night

The location was quite central, easily walkable to most places of interest. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is clean, beds very comfortable and adequate bathroom facilities. We didn't have hot water on the first evening. It was a plumbing issue which was quickly fixed. Should we have an opportunity to visit Penang again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Perhaps more frequent change of towels and beddings.
