Location was good and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast timings were unusual and not to my liking.

Clean room and linen Bit cramped. Noisy outside with bins emptied at 5.30 am in the morning. Noisy nightclub on Saturday night

Owners so helpful carrying luggage up. Single Room exactly as the photos. Bed really comfy and linen great quality. Aircon in the room. Tower fan, ironing board and iron in cupboard. Hairdryer. Great towels and shower room well appointed especially demisting mirror. Bistro excellent choice in food and chicken kebab on hanger, delicious. Wine very good price. Slept better than i do at home. Breakfast great choice and a lovely quality. Full English kept me going until teatime. Internet fine for working from a laptop. I had a bit of trouble finding it. It's next door to the Spar shop. If your mobility is not good there are a few steps over the 3 floors, but can't really fault the place. Don't want to rave too much, as I intend to use it for my work stop over every time I'm in the area.
