The Lounge Hotel and Bar

I liked that parking was available and that detailed information about how to get from the parking to the hotel was sent before. I liked the lounge and bar area, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. It was a very hot day, and the room was very hot and set for Winter. As the room faced the street, and we needed to keep the window open, it was not a comfortable sleep.

A waiting staff female called lindsay was yet again very rude to me at breakfast and definitely should be allowed to work at this Hotel To not have that woman waiting staff work at this Hotel

Beautiful hotel with modern facilities, and wonderful service, we ate at the restaurant, the staff were fabulous especially when we had a minor medical incident. We foolishly didn’t realise the window tilted open, so the room was a bit hot until we figured it out.

The breakfast was very nice, the lounge bar area was very nice, the room was nice enough. Portable fan in room helped a little with the heat Our stay was marred by walkng in on a poor gentleman in is underwear on the bed of the room we were assigned. We tried to laugh this off and we were given a free drink while it was sorted. However they could not offer an explanation even after questioning again on check out and requesting a response (they have not reaponded). My wife and I were 'jumpy' in our room, not being able to relax even after double locking our door and putting out the 'do not disturb' sign. We therefore did not sleep well and spoiled my wife's birthday surprise

Everything. The staff are a great asset, first rate, from housekeeping, to sparkly Reception (Marcia’s super) to breakfast crew and bar. Nothing to fault.

We had a fabulous stay & the hotel, staff, food standards were incredible the only small negative we have it the room was very hot. There was a Dan in the room however due to the high temperatures outside the fan just circulated hot air around making sleeping uncomfortable BUT did not spoil our stay & we WILL be back Everything - food, customer care & helpfulness of all staff & the deco was stunning. Best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel I’ve stayed in & the frozen strawberry daiquiri

We've stayed before and it was and is great in terms of location, facilities and staff friendliness The restaurant/bar area has become very loud and noisy because they've decided to put a DJ on playing 'rave' style music throughout Friday and Saturday evenings. Friday in the inside restaurant, Saturday in the outside area. Normally we would have our evening meal in there on the Friday but decided against it because of the music - it doesn't the style of the venue.
