The exercise equipment was sticky to the touch and on top of that there was no every single day housekeeping. To stay, I will never stand this place again.

I did not get the presidential suite I paid for because it was disgusting and smelled like a wet dog so I asked to just get a regular room so they gave me one but refused to reimburse me any so instead of the $80 a night I paid $140 a night for a regular room. Do NOT get a presidential suite they are all bad. The was 1 lady that was friendly but all the rest were not, even the manager was terrible.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good for the trip The room wasn't cleaned properly. They had public hairs left in the tub.

can’t complain at all for the price, building is definitely a bit dated but no odors and no mold and no pests. the pool could use some cleaning. it’s in a pretty good location and really not bad for the price! i’d come again

At first I was skeptical about the location but I was so pleased on how quiet and safe it was and very close to palafox st. Wich is a main street for shopping and restaurants. Also only 15 minutes drive to pensacola beach. And a 8 min. Drive to breakfast table restaurants and it was delicious very affordable. The elevator broke down but it was the only issue. The staff could ve friendlier with execption of the overnight worker dont remember her name but she was very nice. Over all I would recommend and stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable. We've stayed here a few times. The breakfast items were very minimal to go items. Like muffin or sweet roll and coffee.
