Hotel Pensacola

The AC rattled. We could hear a dog barking during the night.

The hotel is cute. It appears clean at first glance but I would best describe it as having a fresh coat of paint with material issues. Our room was clean but out sheets had stains and I did not get much sleep worried about the sheets and therefore the mattress the entire night. While we arrived late into the night it took a while to get checked-in, it took the front desk person a while to appear. Overall it was an okay stay.

The commode didn't work. We had to use the plunger which was not pleasant. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights. Was a quiet area tucked back off the busy road

Exactly how it was last time we stayed loved it !!!

1st off we were overbooked and they sent us to the property across the street. It was very dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned in ages and had to keep a towel by the bed to get into bed. There was mold in the bathroom and the chair was covered in stains. Poorly maintained property which could be nice but is not clean. Cigs everywhere in the walkways. Also they put hardwood over old carpet,

My only complaint was the mattress were terrible. I went out and bought a mattress topper trying to make it at least a little better. It didn't help out much at all. We ended up leaving a day early because we just couldn't handle another night on that bed.

Property is ok. Not sure I’d stay again. I asked the housekeeper to service our room and in three days, it never was serviced, even with my housekeeping tag on the door handle. Plus, there’s some shady people walking around.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. It was close to everything we needed and no loud noise during the night. Thank you

Staff is great. Building is old but comfortable. Overall stay is okay. Nothing fancy but comfortable. No footsteps or noise heard from other room which is actually awesome. Travelling with a toddler.

Everything was Great......Just didn't realize it was 30mins from the Beach

The staff was very attentive. The man that was there the first night was so pleasant and helpful. The young lady that helped with our reservation was also very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Bad

It was not very clean. Sticky floors. It smelled like they were using a scent to cover up insecticide smell. My nose burned the whole trip. It was in a ok part of town. If you want something cheap this place is ok and just barely ok. Amenities were vending right outside my room and we had a service dog. Every time someone used vending it bothered him and us. We would have preferred something away from the vending and front doors. However their sister motel just down the street which we would not have stayed at due to the burning of eyes and sinuses from chemicals in the air gave us a one bed room instead of the 2 I had ordered. Luckily they moved us down the street and even then we were not impressed and wont be back.

Staff was nice and friendly. Overall clean enough It was freezing in the room then I figured out there was a moisture problem so I had to turn air back down. Could of used a deep clean like dusting tops of pictures and behind furniture. But I am picky about that sort of thing.

It’s convenient to what I needed to do I was supposed to get a bottom room which I paid for. They gave me a top floor but Booking. Com refunded the extra money to me
