Exceptional

It was walkable and accessible to Train and bus station, near Penlee Park, beaches and to the town centre. The couple who own the business were very friendly and accommodating, giving us warm welcome. Breakfast was also lovely!

It was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are catching the Scillionian for a Day Trip as we did. Nothing

My son and I had a lovely stay at Penmorvah. The hosts, Nigel and Michelle were very welcoming and always around to answer any questions about the surrounding area. There was alot of choice for breakfast and the English breakfast was cooked to perfection! The room was very clean with everything you need in there. The location was great with about a 20 min walk to the train and bus station and a shorter walk down to the sea front. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you!

Good location for bus connections and walking to foreshore and hotels. Good breakfast choices with friendly banter with host who was extremely helpful with local information. Very quiet location. Stairs! But on terrace homes you've got to expect stairs.

Very attentive hosts.

We had a really lovely stay at this Guest House. The breakfast was plentiful and well cooked and presented. I really cannot think of anything that could be improved upon.

Always keen to know what you have been doing or going to do that day. Always plesent to see you first thing. Enjoyable week. Shower over the bath.

Everything was excellent! The seagulls waking me up at 4am but that can't be helped!

Breakfast was very good. Friendly and helpful family run hotel. Nothing too much trouble. A little too far to walk to bus and train stations if mobility is limited. Have to go on line to check relevant bus timetables which don't show routes taken.l

I liked how attentive the host was to the guests and I. The breakfast was great too. The gulls in the morning but the little blighters have got to live, although they want everyone to hear their life stories. Feathery narcissists.

Michelle and Nigel were very welcoming and friendly. We had an excellent stay. There was nothing we didn't like.

Friendly hosts. A good range of breakfast options cooked to order. Reasonably priced. Beds / bedding not the best although acceptable for price

Very clean room, nicely decorated, bathroom ok with nice shower and good choice for breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners who make you feel comfortable and welcome. The room was warm -because we were so lucky to have warm weather in Cornwall- and you can check in from 4 o'clock. After arrival of our train and walking to the house in the heat, we had to wait for more than half an hour in the heat outside before we could check-in. For new guests, best to take this into account upon arrival. It may also rain in Cornwall. The check-in itself went very smooth and friendly.
