Very good

This guesthouse really felt like a home away from home during my four-day stay. It is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the Promenade and the centre of town. Richard and Sarah are wonderful hosts — welcoming, kind and genuinely attentive to making their guests feel comfortable and at home. My room was on the top floor. It was small, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The breakfast menu offers a good variety of choices, and the cooked dishes were always excellent! I would definitely recommend this lovely guesthouse. It has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Thank you, Richard and Sarah!

Lovely big room - notably with somewhere to sit other than the bed (not so common in our experience). Lovely breakfast with a good choice. Very friendly owners. Self check in was fine but may not be to everyone’s taste.

Central, convenient, comfortable, friendly and helpful!

Large property where it felt you had space and privacy, and run by a very thoughtful and attentive couple. I would prefer a non-plastic in-room kettle, but realise this is personal.

Very clean, and quite new decor and furniture. Space for parking car. Helpful staff. Car blocked the entrance to the car park upon arrival.

breakfast was awesome so much choice and very well cooked and prepared highly recommend Just parking situation but there was parking non available in the street where the guest house was but high season so busy.

Last minute booking exceeded my expectations, would consider a return with no hesitation.

Lovely short walk to the front, town and neighbouring villages. Rooms were spotless and beds were comfy Having to park the cars under a row of trees and having a soft top covered in gull poo a lesson learnt that in future will bring a cover but thank you Richard and Sarah to the rescue with a bucket of water so at least we could see out of windows which was much appreciated . Above and beyond the service expected x

Excellent breakfast and very convenient location

This charming B&B exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and stylish. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which really enhanced my stay. And the breakfast so varied and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed Penzance and all the pretty walks along the coast. It was all quite perfect.

Beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. Richard and Sarah are very welcoming and were very halpful during our stay with local information. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was immaculate and so spacious and comfortable. This place is a gem, near Penzance town centre but in a lovely neighbourhood.
