Mejoraron al 100% la limpieza de la habitación. Y la disposición del chef Edison fue un hit total en el desayuno. Camila, atiende en la piscina, es un ser humano excepcional. Había una máquina dañada en el gym. El gym merece una atención pronto.

The staff was very rude and showed very low service approach. I had to cancel at the lobby my reservation since they were not properly trained to handle the VAT exemption for Colombians who are residing overseas. I did a new reservation at Movich hotel having a wonderful experience there instead.

Resort style facility ... very good location. Daily breakfast changing menu options. Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Proximity to the airport and security at the entrance are added bonus.

The room, the hotel and the revolving restaurant were excellent. Very noisy guests talking loudly late into the night. I have noticed this in Colombia a lot including Bogota. For one, they don’t use good dual pane glass windows and sound insulation in their buildings. Second, they love to party late into the night (every day of the week) and don’t realize how noisy they are. The hotels need to make no noise after 10PM a rule and explain that during the checkin process. Never had this experience anywhere in the world even after traveling to 65 countries. I hope the hotel takes this seriously.
