First the administrator of that place, she was never there and was only available on the phone she was rude and zero customer service. They gave us a room outside and it was horrible with the mosquitoes which we have to sleep with the lights on all nights we were there not to mentioned when they showed us the room a dirty rag and the cleaning spray were on top of the bed! No shampoo, conditioner or bar soap even the little ones they provide in hotels nothing. Every time we went out we have to leave our room keys? What? All our belongings are there supposedly they didnt have a spare key in case we lost the one provided to us. They have a gate at the entrance which it never open automatically (dont know why they have sensors) so we have to call everytime we were at the gate the front desk so the could open it when we could get out of the place.

The facility was very good. Sebastian the person in charged of the services was very nice and pleasant. The Hostal had an activity for its employees that day and it was really loud and crowded. I think they have to plan ahead and let the visitors know to see if they agree to disturbing music and people.

It was quiet. It doesn't look like the photo's, it's old. The room was not clean. Sheets with holes and tears in them. Bathroom window was broken so free for all for the bugs. Our shower didn't have a head. For breakfast, we had scrambled eggs including eggshell.
