The location, the calm, the staff, the beach

What we liked most about the property was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, who are a lovely family, were incredible and made us feel truly at home. The room and the balcony were wonderful.

Definitely a great location, free parking, nice pool, spacious and clean room, family owned. They do’t have breakfast which would be a plus to get the max stars

Had an amazing 3 night stay here recently. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, everything was cleaned to a high standard and the family who run this place are wonderful, so helpful and warm with regular communication. It was a quiet, comfortable location within minutes walk to everything you could need. As a solo traveller I felt very safe, comfortable and well looked after. Would highly recommend. I had a late flight on the day I checked out but was able to use the facilities (including luggage storage, showers, pool) and they provided me with towels to use, and took care of my airport transfer. Nothing to fault, everything was amazing

What a fantastic property this is. I’ve stayed at quite a few properties in Perissa and this is definitely my favourite. The family who own it are such lovely warm and friendly people. There was nothing not to like. It’s fabulous.

The team is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, few meters away from the beach. The pool is nice and open until 9 pm

This hotel is a very well maintained and clean family run business. It is in a great location, close to the beach and has plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. Katerina was so nice and helped us to plan our daily activities. I would definitely stay here again. NA

The staff were so friendly! Always smiling and just a wonderful place to stay. A really short walk to the beach and then an even smaller walk to the bus stop to get to fira. Plenty of restaurants near by. Thanks very much I can't fault anything.

Everything. Staff terrific, pool cool & clean, room clean, facilities excellent. Lockers available and common kitchen. Location was great,- 5 mins walk to transport, 5 mins walk to beach. Nothing

Fantastic place. Katerina and her family were amazing. Great communication before we arrived. Sorted out airport transfers. Really welcoming, including a cold bottle of water. Lots of local knowledge and help with bus times. Lovely room. Great view of pool and church. Cleaned daily. Coffee and tea. Full size fridge in room. Air con. Beach/pool towels provided . Pool was also really clean and welcoming. Location of Stelios place is perfect. Near beach, bakery, restaurants and bars. Good luggage area and showers as we were flying late and taxi ordered back to the airport Perissa is beautiful. Stelios place is A gem of a place with a goodbye gift too.
