Everything was great. It's a charming hotel owned by a nice and polite family who make your stay very pleasant and provide anything you may need. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and the location is very nice and quiet.

Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure to greet us when we arrived later than expected making us feel right at home. Waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning was such a treat. The location is perfect just a short walk to the black sand beach, and absolutely stunning for watching the sunrise! Although they don’t have the facilities of a large chain hotel, this family run place goes out of its way to make your stay as pleasant as possible perfect for those who value warmth and personal touch over high end amenities.

Great location, very clean and amazing hospitality

The host was very kind and arranged to allow us to leave our suitcases until 7pm. Breakfast it was plentiful and position was great. The only thing I would like to point out is that the mattress needs to be changed.

The host is a fantastic person! She is so nice and positive person, she creates an atmosphere that you feel like at home. When we asked if we can eat our breakfast on our terrace, there was no problem, we got breakfast on the terrace every day. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. Terrace was spacious and we spent there a lot of time. Bed and mattress could be more comfortable. If there was a coffee machine available then it would be perfect.

The host was super welcoming alongside her family members, they really couldn't have been nicer. The hotel itself was perfectly situated for the beach and all the resort amenities whilst still being relatively quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was nice, traditional Greek, and the location was amazing. Everything was easily accessible, supermarket, restaurants and of course the beach within 5 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful ? The room could be more cleaner.

The property is in a good location, really close to the black sand beach of Perissa and a short walk from the bus stop, which was useful when going into other towns such as Thira and Oia. The host was lovely, friendly, and very accommodating, and the breakfast she provided us with was delicious!

Situation is rather good, close to the beach and close to the church. Staff is very good. Quite noisy. Breakfast is really not great.

Located in a quiet area and still close to everything that we needed. When we arrived Eirini made sure to welcome us in a lovely way and helped us with any questions during the whole stay. We were close to a central area with different food spots, bars and shops and the bus station that is going to other cities like Thira. -

Exceptional

Irini is an exceptional host. Always ready and eager to please her guests, to the smallest details. She keeps the hotel in a spotless condition. Santa Barbara is conveniently situated close to the beach, all restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast is consistent, though a trifle repetitive. The Greek yogurt she serves every morning with some pieces of fruit is delicious. Be prepared to shower with salty water! You need to buy bottled water to drink and wash your face/brush your teeth. But this is a general problem on Santorini Island, since there is no source of fresh water.
