The hotel is nearby the best beach on the island: Perissa beach. The host helped us with the car rental, atv rental, transfer from airport. They help you with everything you want. The breakfast is good served at their place on the beach side tavernaperissa.

We stayed here whilst getting married in Santorini, the location is perfect. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to shops/ bars/ bus stop to get to other area of the island! The staff are exceptional, so personal, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had anything we could need! Rooms were cleaned every two days with fresh towels and sheets - could not have asked for more and will definitely be back!

It's located in a central location and it's got a good cost relation for such a touristic place as Santorini. The parking is also a very big lot so you'll likely find a spot. The pool was closed but it was mentioned before booking since we came end of the season, overall was nice place

The hotel was very nice and clean and the room had a see view. It was just 5-10 mins walk to the beach. The stafff Mario was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely visit the place again.

Comfortable and spacious room in a good location. Good internet. A short distance to the beach and taverns. Some information on Booking com did not quite correspond to reality. For example, there was extra charge for the beach access while was mentioned free. We were allowed to use free private beach at tavern perissa after we asked it.

Fabulous location near gorgeous black Perissa Beach and opposite imposing Mesa Vouno Mountain on which there is a beautiful tiny chapel, Panagia Katefiani, impossibly hung off the side at an altitude of 200 metres; this could be seen from our room. The rooms are functional and well equipped with a a great balcony for watching the daily parade of hotel goers further up the road head for the beach. Mario, the owner is super helpful and offers guests 15% discount at his Taverna. When we were there mid-October we largely had the place to ourselves. Floor was a little slippery - some sort of cleaning agent, combined with glossy tiles. a huge wardrobe, but nowhere to put suitcases other than the floor. Sufficient towel racks. These are minor quibbles however - the experience was most enjoyable away from the throngs at Fira and Oia.

Very kind and caring hosts. Close to the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean. No reception but the online support very fast and helpful during our stay.

The host Mario were incredible person he gave us many helpful advices about where to eat what to do etc. We had a nice view from our room and the room was clean with many facilities. We will definitely be back one day? A bit windy at night but not bothering

Great location and nice clean accommodation and facilities. Very friendly and helpful host mario as well. We were self catering and the only thing missing was some sort of oven. Other than that would highly recommend.
