Too crowded! The bathroom had a funky smell and dim light. The pool is too loud and literally 3 m from the room.

Quiet place well located close to the beach, with comfortable room and great service. Thanks!

Only one block from the beach. Traditional Greek breakfast was very good. Rooms were small.

It's super close to the beach and you can park right next to the installations. Bed sheets looked old and with stains. I would renovate them immediately.

comfortable

Value was tremendous. room was adequate nicer than we expected. fridge. window, can;t beat it
-
The beds very comfortable. The access to the room and inside the room was difficult and uncomfortable. Decoration poor and old. It is not Greek style. Bathroom small and poor design.
-
Close to the beach, restaurants, clean, friendly staff Shower space very small, can’t hardly turn around other than that the room has everything you need

Basic hotel, clean room, comfy beds. Had a Quadruple Room, 2 beds were up a steep ladder, having just a small outside window. The air conditioner cooled the room nicely. Breakfast is very basic (eggs, yogurt, bread with jam, apples and oranges) Host was very kind and prepared breakfast for us at 5.30 AM because of an early departure. We didn't use the pool. Beach is very busy in the area, but restaurants are plenty. Breakfast - poor quality, no mosquito nets, very small room

Close to the beach, clean, comfortable and authentic Greek style. Excellent swimming pool :-) Probably some more variety of food can be added to the breakfast menu. Like fried bacon or sausages

Very near and amazing location No coment

The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. He even drived us to the airport very early in the morning at discounted rate. Dont miss the sunrise at the beach which is just 3 minutes by walk from the hotel. None really as far the accommodation is concern. But the place Perissa is a bit far from the center of Santorini and the bus schedule is erratic and only comes at 1 hour interval, so the best way to go around is by renting a car.

This quaint, typical, local hotel was near to everything I traveled to Santorini for or would be interested in: 1. Great beaches for open-water swimming 2. A great bakery to get Greek Spanikopta (spinach pie) 3. A great bicycle tour 4. A great train tour 5. Local bus to Fira (capital city) 6. Local sites to see 7. Winding countryside roads ...and much more! Local taxis are very expensive Expect very high prices for everything

The location was close to the beach and management nice people! Too tiny rooms and tiny bathroom.

Delicious breakfast. Perfect location - 2 mins from the beach from one side and 2 mins to restaurants and markets other side. So helpful and kind stuff, love them, so kind and positive! Everyday cleaning, everything what we needed was in room. Interior cosy and traditional, good furniture, air conditioning work good, napkins exactly to se pool, looking so great All is fine

All staff were so friendly and spoke good English. Very accommodating as we arrived at 1am! Plus they let us have a late checkout with no charge. Convenient to beach, bakery, parking. Most have balconies - great to dry bathing suits(ours had a line!) Variety of food for breakfast. We had 3 dif rooms. The basement one was big and all had a fridge. We had the quad upstairs which was a CAVE room - very cool! The double was also nice. Pool clean. Area to lounge. Short walk to beach. Loungers there are "free" if you buy some food or drink - good deal.(dif restaurants) Pillows could have been softer - all else was GREAT!

The location in Perissa was awesome, steps from the ocean walkway along the black beach with plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy. The pool was exceptional. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. (There were some choices of eggs, bread and cheese, sweets, basic but good with coffee and juice.) The AC was good. WiFi worked ok, better on the patio than in the room. Lots of shade at the pool/patio. The room and hotel were clean. The room was very tight and almost cave like. The photos are accurate but at the same time very misleading. It did have 5 beds but it was too small for our family. The shower had a weird half bath thing but it worked fine. The only window was to the front by the two chair patio. The electricity is tied to the key dock, so if you are gone all day you cannot leave the fridge or AC on. At the end of the day it a clean, small hotel room. Good value still for the price. Wish we had gotten two rooms instead of one.
