LavaRock Villa

The house is in a quiet area, with shops and restaurants very close. The beaches are very nice. The pool is clean and very good and the person in charge is nice. The apartment was very small and had an metallic interior stair and the kids had to go up and down all the time. You can park close to the house for free.

The location is perfect, 5-minute walk to the Perissa Beach. There are many sunbeds to rent, restaurants, groceries and souvenir shops. The hotel is very nice. We had a nice room with a balcony with a beautiful view over the sea. There is also a big swimming pool outside and a parking lot if you arrive by car. And last but not least, the owner Leonidas is really kind and helpful. :)

Well situated in the heart of the village, with a 5m walk to the beach and closest restaurants and shops, and the bus station to take us around the island. The room itself was spacious enough, clean, fast wifi, with a lovely pool and with excellent value for money The hard wind during the night, the property was clearly not to blame for it though!

The hotel was great location and easy walk to the black beach Shower room need bit of upgrade

Pool and location Cleanliness and no late checkout facilities

We loved the beautiful pool and the proximity to Black Sandy Beach. Close to plenty of restaurants near the beach. Our favourite was Gyros Place with great food at reasonable prices, compared to the restaurants near the beach. The beds were uncomfortable and the room quite small. The horizontal bar on the shower was VERY hot when using the shower. It was a significant burn risk.

The accommodation is located in a calm area of Perissa, but very close to shops, restaurants and the Beach. The service is outstanding. The sit taking care of the place is super sweet, helpful and cheerful. We had a problem with the air condo in our room and as soon they had a better room available they moved us there. We also got a nice bottle of wine from them. Pool is also a nice option on hotter days. We did not make use, but the mini fridge has a lot of option in a good price. Shower cubicle was very small and the bathroom tends to become all wet after. WiFi and TV did not work during our stay.

Fantastic location very close to Black Beach, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Owner was very attentive to all our needs, always smiling and being helpful. As we were the last customers of the season, he even offered us full minibar for free. Very happy with our stay.

The hotel was perfect for us! It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants which is super convenient. The hotel room had everything we needed, and they cleaned and refreshed it daily. The balcony and mini fridge were really nice and the swimming pool is great! The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if returning to Santorinin!

Location is perfect. Can walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool is beautiful. Aircon tin the room walls a treat. The gentleman at reception was lovely. Helpful and very friendly. Not much shade by the pool. Shower curtains feel a bit dirty.

Location was perfect and the room was spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony. Nikiforos was a cheerful, friendly host and was always on hand if we needed anything.

Cheapest hotel in Perrisa the man in the reception is very kind and helpful☺️ Many things needs to improve! But the price is cheaper so its understandable! i am rating it base on how i paid.

for a family with 2 kids , the room is a little bit small and warm . iflt gets warm if you don't turn on the AC. Owners could be more social and respond more subjective not like some boots
