Location Polite people and staff Maintenance was poor

Pool, distance from the beach, friendly and helpful staff as well as the cleanliness and view from our room. The room was a bit small

The bathroom was very very small . I couldn’t even take a shower

The pool area is amazing and the staff are lovely! The breakfast also offers a great selection of food items! I left my credit card in the room after checkout and they got in contact with me right away so I could come back and get it! You can definitely hear from room to room. Guests were quiet so we slept just fine, but you could hear every time someone unlocked their door etc.

The pool and the proximity to the beach, restaurants. and shops. I wish there more food options for breakfast.

Property is just as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a car but didn't need one to visit the local beach, several restaurants and great shops (all less that a 10 minute walk from the property). There's a grocery store close by that would be better traveled to by car, but you could walk if needed. However there were also several convenience stores in very close walking distance and an ATM just outside the property. Really couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Short walk to bars, restaurants and beach. Very nice, welcoming staff, very clean. Great pool facilities but maybe turn down the volume of music a notch Large patio seating area for breakfast and drinks could do with some shade - nice setting but very hot during day

Small quaint hotel. My room had a balcony which was a bonus. The area is a quieter part of the island but it suited me. The pool area is beautiful. Lovely sun beds. Small bar area. The room was a perfect size for me. No lifts. You have to carry your case but I had hand luggage so thank goodness. Although the staff member helped me. I was lucky to get a first floor apartment which I could manage. Breakfast disappointing. Probably more continental style with limited options. If you want food during the day it is ordered in but is nice. I only ordered once. Music noisy at the pool.

The Location is excellent for a lovely quite holiday, five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bus stop where you can easily explore the island. The bus to Firra the main town was 2.50 euros one way and takes only 35 minutes. The bar man Immi is excellent and wants people to enjoy themselves and Tracey if the fountain of all knowledge and nothing is to much for her. The breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. We also found the hotel very clean with our sheets and towels be fresh everyday This is not a criticism just an observation, maybe the bar at the pool could open a little earlier in the evening as it would have been nice to have a drink before heading out.

The accommodation was very nice, the location was great, we were lucky to have a private tour of Santarini, which was extremely interesting. And the people of Santarini were so friendly.

Great location, really good barman called Lemy made our stay very enjoyable. Sheets on bed could fit better.

The hotel is very close to Perissa beach strip, only 5-7 min walk. The rooms are clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The pool is nice there were enough sun beds, but we were in low season. The breakfast is continental, and was fine the staff are very friendly and helpful The shower in the bathroom leaked a lot , there’s no door/shower curtain so water gets everywhere, and water is leaking from the sides of the shower, we’re not the only people that had this problem. The pool bar offered food so we ordered one day and the food took an hour and a half to come as they outsource to a restaurant down the road.

Location, pool, and the local village. Lemi was great at the pool. The two front desk managers were fantastic.

Hotel lovely and clean in a good position. Barman lemmy very helpful and friendly. ordered food for you from the bar as hotel doesn't do food other than breakfast. Bed very comfy. The sheets on the bed were not big enough.
