We booked the 3-bed villa and had a mixed experience. The villas themselves are very nice and located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from Perissa beach, perfect for a quiet getaway. However, the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the villa, especially during the hot nights. We were promised fans by the host after the first night, but they never arrived, and the first night was so unbearably hot that none of us, including our young children, could sleep. This really impacted our first full day. We ended up spending €150 on three fans for the bedrooms, which thankfully made a big difference. We left the fans at the villa so hopefully they are still there for other families to use. There were a few other small issues… no towel rails or hooks to hang anything, which was inconvenient (the host did bring a temporary clothes rack after we requested), and the pool was not cleaned regularly as promised. In fact, the best clean was on our last day. With a few improvements, especially around comfort and maintenance, this place could be much better. Poor A/C which made the villa unbearable for sleeping. No towel rails/hooks. Insufficient pool cleaning. No dining table inside.

A beautiful house with a great pool. Great people who help you as soon as you sent a message Unfortunately there is no dishwasher and it is difficult to do the dishes. The warm ( often not really hot) salty water out of the tap in combination with the soap doesn’t clean the glasses very well. It does dry very quick because of the heat. Often the aircondition doesn’t work the whole night, but it is a common problem in Santorini. The owners cannot help that.

The Rizes villa was amazing !its a new private villa with very good design!all the rooms are very comfortable!the highlight of the villa is the big outside area with the pool ! Antreas and Ioanna are very kind and very friendly!
