Excellent breakfast options and great staff. Pool was serene and relaxing. Had a constant noise transmitted from above to our room (#7), probably from pump of hot tub above. Ran out of water one morning without warning. Warning would have been helpful. Could not read the labels on the bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in the shower. Figured it out and kept them in same location during stay.

Location, style/decor, and the black sand beachfront. Staff tried to give us a lower room than what we booked and we had a very frustrating time having to argue with them to get what we reserved.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel is a gem right on the beach, which might be the best beach on the island, with its pristine black sand and crystal-clear dark blue water. The large, beautiful pool only adds to the sense of luxury and relaxation. Every detail in this hotel is thoughtfully designed, enhancing its overall charm and elegance. Breakfast was a highlight as well - an exceptional culinary experience that matched the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Every meal was a delight, reflecting the hotel’s dedication to quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking care of us with such attention and warmth. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel completely relaxed and cared for, which is something we’ll remember for a long time. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back. Salty water running from the shower and the taps.

The property was clean, tidy, fancy, stylish, and comfy. Breakfasts were great - we were ordering new meals and drinks from the menu every time. Kudos to the chef! Personnel were really helpful and caring. Spa personnel were pros. Facilities around the hotel. e.g. the pool and the restaurant were also very convenient. Location was perfect and right on the beach. I also enjoyed the pool at the backyard of our room - the water was always warm and clean. Small presents from time to time were also very pleasant to receive! Salty water running from the shower and the taps. Looks like some other hotels figured out how to deal with this.

Ticked every single box. Staff went above and beyond. Slept 12 hours on the most comfortable hotel bed of my life. The breakfast is al a carte & was included (I only wish we stayed longer so I could have tried all the dishes)

Amazing staff incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Private beach across the street, one of the best on the island. Pool area beautiful and a lovely spa. Private pool in the room is actually a jacuzzi which doesn’t cool so not ideal for the middle of summer! Room stylish, but very basic for the price.

thé design creating a really cocoon atmosphere, the pool is one of the most beautiful I ever saw the breakfast was very very good and so nice not to have a buffet very helpful staff with the reservations nice staff but a bit non professional, we were often disturbed in our room despite a clear sign on the door, employees were very loud around the pool, the diner experience was underwhelming to say the least ( not so tasty food, pricy and we didn’t get to order desert, the chef had already left…). the location is not that great and the surroundings are lacking and unfortunately you see them from your terrasse

Front desk services was absolutely amazing. The rooms was stylish, yet comfortable. The pool and beach area was excellent. Isabella at the front desk made us feel so welcome and taken care off. She ensured that our stay in Santorini was just perfect and that we had such a great experience. Cocktails a bit too expensive compared to the rest of the island.

Everything was perfect: beautiful, clean luxury hotel with wonderful staff. A calm and beautiful place to relax, with a great beach access and wonderful pool. Nothing.
