Photos dont do this place justice. My room was small but amazing and they're very well designed. The beds are sooo comfy, the towels are large and fluffy, the shower was spacious and the bath large and deep,they provide bath robes and most importantly real toilet paper!

15min walk to the train, 5min to cafes and restaurants. The place had a common living area on the middle level and our rooms on the top floor. Lovely bathroom, plenty of PowerPoint's There were 2 big flights of stairs to the rooms and no lift. Everything else was fine but we were asked for a cash bond 24hrs prior to arrival that was returned the evening of departure.

Because i booked at a not so busy time, we got a free upgrade. I was in contact with n one of the staff members who answered my questions promptly and gave me great instructions on how to enter the premises after all the staff had gone home for the day. Unfortunately me and my partner didn't get to fully enjoy the spa as we had to leave early. We will 100% stay again and when we can, enjoy the facilities over the course of a weekend. Also the bed was incredibly comfortable One of the sofas was a little damaged aesthetically but had no impact on the comfort

Bed was very comfortable in a quiet area close to East Perth train station Thin walls, can hear other people in the other room and those that snore, otherwise everything was good
