Location Only 3 hr on street parking no personal contact with any staff you had to catch cleaning staff for towels rubbish bags etc no amenities for phones all furniture including TV very old not working no Wi-Fi for 2 days we found it on a peice of paper taped on the old wardrobe we used our data lights were poor community kettle fridge coffee tea but no water available and paper cups the floors throughout are shocking uneven walking back to your room for water then walking back with hot beverages on uneven floors is a challenge there are codes for front and room doors that change regularly but the locks are not lit and the one on room is near impossible to see this is not family friendly accommodation or for any business related stay everything is far too old 1 day or weekend for single or couples would be adequate if you weren't stay in room for periods of time the location is great for restaurants it's quiet and clean but old furniture which is stained broken or in poor working order and the lack of personal contact with any staff together with the parking for the price charged is questionable disappointed

I couldn’t register online because of the inconvenient site, so I sent many emails when I arrived at 10:30 pm but anyone answered. I spent the night without having the room, outside. The facilities were few, I didn’t find cutlery and the food that I stored in the fridge got freezy. No hairdryer was in the room neither in the bathroom. No possibilities to leave the baggage in the hall after the checkout. My worst experience ever! I wouldn’t reccommend it!

Nothing at all. The location that was it. It was completely discusting. The place was falling apart. Mould on the blinds and walls, paint falling off, bed buds in the bed, bed broken, human faeces on the toilet door and bathroom had like oily chemical all over the floor and bench. The place was absolutely horrible. We didn’t even end up staying the night we left and booked elsewhere. Still haven’t heard anything from the owner about getting my deposit or our stay.

I did not stay at this accommodation. The room was not deluxe as advertised, was poorly maintained and very small. On checking in I learmed that breakfast would not be provided. I cancelled my booking after spending less than thirty minutes at the accommodation. City Quarters on Brewer have not been helpful to deal with and I will be pursuing a complaint with a consumer prorection agency.

Nothing worth liking... May be location. The whole place was stinky... Very foul smell from entrance till room. Dirty mat across the place. Doors has rusting and top layer was coming off. Someone burner some food in kitchen and it smelled burned food on first night.
