The breakfast was good. The confusion about cost and a lack of communication between the reception and the restaurant. Whether it had been pre-book or paid for.

Location to RAC arena is good. Beds Pillows Too noisy from rooms above.

There is no dedicated car parking at this hotel but public parking is right behind the property so that sorted as well.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely - I had a beautiful view of the sunset. Had a great sleep in the beds and there was plenty of space in the bathroom. really happy with everything.

I had a generally good stay, the check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable and the room service was good with decent food quality. I am still waiting for the refund of my A$100 deposit, and despite contacting the hotel, I have not received any response.

Very efficient and quick to check in and check out. Any issues found were resolved quickly. Location is close to essential stores which means you don't have to travel far if you need anything.

Location. Arrived at 8 am and had asked for early check in. Was told it wasn’t possible until 2. Came back a few hours later around 11:30 and waited in the lobby with the same front desk staff. Was only after I noticed several people checking in early that I went to ask and was able to. Minor annoyance but after a 13 hour flight would have been nice.

Great for families - we stayed in the connecting room with a 2 & 4 year old. Skip the breakfast. There are excellent options across the road

Breakfast was ok. Standard fresh fruit, bread, juices and buffet hot foods. Real coffee would be better especially with the price. Pool was nice, cocktail service was slow but they were delicious. Lunch was great to. Good location.

Loved the vibe, convenient location and cleanliness - and we got a bonus upgrade, loved that! Didn't love the fact that the pool and restaurant were open to the public - it was extremely difficult to get a spot by the pool on a Saturday afternoon!!

Breakfast!! Lovely Dining room. I had everything I wanted to eat every morning. House keeping didn’t look perfect. Especially bathroom
