Great location, nice, well appointed rooms.

We liked the location of the Hotel being in easy reach of Elizabeth Quay and the exciting restaurants. Our room was in the Heritage part of the hotel with a shared balcony. The staff were most helpful and the car parking facility was much appreciated.

Nice quiet location

The room was really nice and also the staff The shower was a little small and it leaked water all over the bathroom floor as there is no water stop at the shower door

The hotel looks great and the rooms are extremely big and comfortable. For a 5 star hotel having a broken shower was kind of unexpected. They fixed it the next day, but this shouldn't have had happened. The water in the shower was leaking in the middle of the bathroom. Also, having a notice saying that if the steam from the shower will trigger the fire alarm you should pay a fine was really shocking. I mean, you cannot even relax having a hot shower knowing that you may pay a fine. Isn't the hotel's responsibility that a fire alarm is not triggered by steam? in the end steam is not smoke. maybe they should invest in improving the ventilation system or using different type of fire alarms and not to pass the responsibility to the customers

Beds very comfy. Staff Lovely :) Very close to everything we needed. Bathroom Light very dull-not great for makeup etc
-
Bed and pillows were great, good night's sleep throughout. Room was clean. Water top-up was convenient There was only 1 hook for hanging bath towels, and there was 2 of us. Roof top bar was disappointing, poorly decorated, not enticing. Pub on ground level has a great location, but the food was uninteresting. Lots of potential in sach a location.

Sowmittra of the front desk was exceptional, helping with all aspects of our staying. Thank you, Sowmittra!

As above

Nice rooms n bathroom Transparent glass for the bathroom also apparently the steam from the bathroom can set off the smoke alarm n if it does u get a $750 fine which is ridiculous and also the way they charge u for the room is inconvenient because the money gets taken out of ur account twice n u have to wait for one transaction to come back and who knows how many business days you have to wait

Good location. Nice room, well fitted out.

The bar want open but luckily lots of places nearby

The rooms were beautiful, quite large for the price, well furnished, comfortable and clean. High end fixtures and high attention to detail (nice products in the bathroom, toothbrush, razor, vanity kit etc). There was a strong smell of perfume in the lobby and in the rooms, for people who are scent sensitive this could be a problem, we needed to air out the rooms for over an hour when we arrived.

Nice clean room - great bathroom, nice breakfast cafe and perfect location I would have liked the room lighting to be easier to work out.
