Everything - staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were good, decently priced, good location. I requested for a baby cot prior to the stay, and was impressed that the hotel even provided a baby bath tub without me requesting. Daily room make up service from the cleaner was excellent. Keep up the fantastic work! The water kettle was a little rusty, so I did not use it in the end. The multistorey carpark is conveniently located next door, but it is not sheltered from hotel, so might get drenched on wet weather. Would be good if the hotel can build a shelter. Would be helpful if the hotel stock up more umbrellas for guests to use.

The staff were really nice but the best thing by far was the buffet breakfast! It was huge and AMAZING! Best we have ever had and we have travelled a lot. There was something for everyone, even had a chocolate fountain with churros, fruit, lots of toppings etc. Next time we're in the city we will go there for breakfast even if we dont stay at the hotel. We also got a few free treats/snacks and bottles of water complimentary in our room which was a nice touch. We didnt see the pool, ran out of time unfortunately. The biggest downfall for us was the air-conditioning (if you can even call it that) we got quite hot but it was preset so we couldnt adjust it or turn the fan up and the room became quite stuffy and we all had a bad sleep. There wasnt even an exhaust fan in the bathroom (which was horrible when staying with a teenage boy) The view of the arena was great but the huge window was so dirty and no part of it opened (so we couldnt even get a bit of fresh air) If we did stay again we would definitely need to take a portable fan. There also wasnt a spare blanket which I found strange.
