Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Music was loud late on a Saturday night but it is above the Belgian Beer Cafe so that was expected. Room had a door/window thing to a hallway so no natural light. Free drink was a bit awkward cause the cafe guy told our server to give us a smaller size.

Complimentary drinks and breakfast voucher No lift access which means you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor

Conveniently located near the shopping area. I loved the area. They provide free water and free drink ticket in the pub. There's a nice pub downstairs, and I can hear music and people talking all the time but not too bad. I liked the atmosphere.

Room was clean and nice, good location Food in the bar was not value for money. Drink voucher only applied to certain size drinks.

The location is just great. Just walking distance to the best facilities of the city. Cosy and warm premises with decent room facilities The bar/cafe on the ground floor is so appealing for an afternoon drink and excellent food serving No window openings - so no view

I couldn't find my way into the property and it was late at night. One of the young men in the bar downstairs, Will I think his name was, went out of his way to help me. He was amazing! I was quoted $165 for my accommodation but was charge $180. This soured my entire experience. Nobody likes to feel they have been 'ripped off'. As a result, I would not stay here again.

The location is superb. It's just a stone's throw away from the CBD. Restaurants are just outside the hotel. We were given generous welcome drinks. 1. There is NO lift so this place is NOT for friendly to elderly guests. It was not easy for us to carry out big luggage up the stairs. 2. The hotel rooms are above the bar. The soundproofing wasn't good. At night, we could hear noise from the bar in our room. 3. The rooms are small too. There isn't much space to move in the room after we put 2 big luggage bags.

    No elevator, no hair dryer.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything! The staff, Kylie were incredibly helpful , always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We can store our luggage before leaving the city.... Stairs..but we can manage .....

The bed was very comfortable with great pillows, it was also very clean and not cramped. It was nice to have welcome drinks and the coffee with our breakfast was to die for ! Do not book if you can't do stairs with your luggage. The entrance was a little difficult, two flights of stairs. They do supply ear plugs because it can get a little noisy but it didn't bother me at all.
