Always first choice when staying for an over nighter in the city, close to the shopping precinct Hay & Murray Streets, food ect all right there. The rooms are all clean, basic amenities, and staff are welcoming

It wasn't horrible There was a light that I couldn't switch off at night. The shower was very aged. There was not really any continental breakfast available. The coffee machine was only sometimes working. They were very short staffed in the breakfast area. Tried to use the restaurant in the evening, but after waiting 20 minutes, nobody had acknowledged my presence (there were a few customers there). Staff were not rude but not really welcoming either.
