very dim, small room, great location though... and the entry , elevators etc were very untidy bordering on dirty small room, and lobby not clean including the carpet / mats at the lobby

Rooms were good, spacious and clean. Location is right in the heart of the CBD and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Lifts were very slow due to building works and breakfast was very average even though it was relocated to a conference room whilst current restaurant is being renovated.

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and tidy. I knew this going in but there is no pool at this hotel. What I didn’t know was there were renovations going on. The hotel buffet breakfast felt limited and having breakfast in the conference rooms gave off a cramped feel. The air also felt stuffy without turning on the air cons

The convenience to everything The restaurant wasn't open as described due to water damage and due to lifts being worked on we had to be moved to another room that was quiet they were very good at making the stay more comfortable
