Staff were excellent. The small round swiped tag on room 417 entry fell off but we managed to push it back on. Forgot to mention it. Should be looked at.

Location Internet sign-up and access to Chrome was annoying and kept cutting in and out. Hot water in shower was patchy and not constant

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast. It's just not hitting the mark. Options aren't that great. And the hot food is often just warm or bordering on cold and dry.

From the very beginning, the staff were excellent. We arrived directly from the airport on a bitterly cold and rainy day, and the staff immediately met us outside, welcomed us in, and helped with our bags. They were also kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at check-in were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with excellent facilities that are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lovely king-sized pillows, great water pressure, and excellent toiletries. The large TV was another nice touch, along with all the little extras available throughout the room. Overall, this was really good value for money, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Late checkout is also fantastic! Absolutely nothing! Was a terrific stay!
