Decor was modern and nice. Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly, room service and dinner was lovely. Windows were dirty.

Location good Sliding door in the room was faulty and not offering privacy for showers or toilet. Due to time of day management not able to fix issue due to maintenance team off duty and no rims able to be changed due to no availability Management offered free drink downstairs as compensation at bar but only choice given was a house wine or beer on tap - cheap and not pleasant tasting :(

Modern design of the hotel, very stylish. Restaurant excellent, menu for both dinner and breakfast both delicious. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool area and outdoor bar great.

All the staff there are friendly and approachable. I love the idea of the $18 for the whole 24hrs underground parking right next to the hotel. Close to the city, Burswood entertainment centre ( casino, park, nightclub ,etc...) and public transport. Nothing, everything is beautiful and simple.

The Reception staff and Duty manager ( Saturday pm) great. A real asset The photos on Booking.com website did not match with the room. 2 ) Parking tickets weren't reliable. Not letting us out of the carpark saying it was invalid despite buying them 30 mins prior to exiting. Bought 2 x all day access tickets multi access. The Duty manager managed the suitation but after trying to exit and trying to access parking attend on the intercom with no luck so had to reverse back a few cars were behind us in line and then find a bay tp park and walk to reception only to be told you have to talk to wilson about it.. so a matter from pillar to post.

All facilities are on hand. Bar, café and buffet breakfast. The music! Listening to dance music at breakfast was a bit too much. This music continues all day long.
