The room was spacious and comfortable, and the Crown complex has plenty to offer without having to leave the hotel. Some of the staff came across as unfriendly even rude, and communication wasn’t always clear. I was also surprised by the lack of complimentary water and milk for coffee in the room, which I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The Atrium buffet. The rooms were old. We checked in and made a booking mistake of getting a twin room, which couldn't be changed which was upsetting given we were there for an anniversary, we also flagged the room to be made up on our second day, which it wasn't and we didn't get fresh towels, then there was a $160 fee for valet parking 1.5 days which we didn't know about. Very disappointed given what we had gone away for. The buffet was very good.

The view was good and the staff were super friendly The room was dated and not the cleanest stains on bedding and curtains the spa bath was filthy not worth $500 plus for 1 night at those prices i was expecting maybe not penthouse luxury but some level of cleanliness and the room looked nothing like the photos on the booking site looked more like a rip-off oceans 11 hotel room definitely wouldn't pay again

We were really disappointed with our stay due to being disturbed multiple times throughout the night. At around 11:30pm, we were woken by staff/security knocking on our door because our smoke sensor had apparently been activated. We were questioned about whether anyone had been smoking or if there had been steam from the shower. They checked the room/sensor and then left. About an hour later, the phone in our room rang twice, waking us again, but when we answered there was no one on the other end. Security then returned to our room and woke us yet again, this time to replace what was clearly a faulty smoke sensor. We’re unsure why the sensor couldn’t have simply been replaced during the first visit, rather than disturbing us repeatedly throughout the night. We were travelling with two young children who were also woken several times, which made the whole experience particularly frustrating. We completely understand that smoke alarms need to be investigated for safety reasons, but the way the situation was handled resulted in a very disrupted night’s sleep for our entire family. Unfortunately, it made what should have been an enjoyable stay very disappointing.

My fiancé and I stay here everytime we come to Perth. It’s our favourite place and we enjoy the accommodation and casino as well It’s all good

The pool area the band In the lounge area was great just a relaxing vibe

The pool area was amazing. The concierge staff truly amazing especially Alex and Franco who went above and beyond during our stay. That we were not informed that the crown provided a free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the train station. The pillows need an upgrade as they are terribly uncomfortable.
