The room overall was comfortable, the facilities are good given it connects to the rest of the complex. The room was on the opposite side of the requested view, even though the request was made several weeks prior to the stay. The room itself was not as clean as expected which included windows that were quite dirty and mysterious marks in the shower stall. The floors were not clean with a bobby pin and plastic found when we walked in, with hand prints on the cupboards and TV screen.

I loved being in the heated shallow pool. The service was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpfull and efficient. Our monitor in the bedroom kept sutting off. We had to keep it on charge all the time. I did ring reception on the day we arrived to tell them and when the person arrived to the room the monitor had just turned on as I put it on charge. I was told that it shoulde be working now. However every time we took it off charge it would go dead within minutes. I did tell the receptionist on leaving as I think the monitor may need to be removed from the room.

Location was fabulous for access to Optus Stadium and the Swan River.

Amazing The pool is cold

It is lovely and so relaxing to stay at the Crown in Perth The pool needs maintenance work- the tiles were falling off and the pool was dirty around the handrail. berries from the palms were in the bottom of the pool- hundreds of them!! the toilets need non slip mats as the floor was so slippery near the adult pool area.

Always best spot Widows very dirty

The room service attendants were outstanding as well as being extremely friendly, the cleanliness was faultless throughout and the food delivered to my amazing. Having to struggle to get all my own bags up to my room which was an effort as I'm recovering from a heart attack. One of the security staff was needlessly rude to me with no cause but he must be an exception as I found all the other staff very hospitable.

No view. Room service pizza was soggy and tasteless. Food was a bit over priced.

Check-in and check-out was a smooth, seemless experience. The room was excellent and had a decent view being on the 18th floor. So many restaurant choices down in the casino. Burswood Station is a short walk away to gain access to the city.
