Perfect location to access the sights of Perth. Clean, quiet and comfortable with very pleasant and helpful staff. We didn’t appreciate our noisy neighbours but understand we need to contact reception earlier rather than put up with not getting a decent sleep.

Our plane landed at 9:30pm and we had a place to stay for the night I was sure that I organised a transport from the airport. Booking.com emailed me saying that it was OK at no additional cost. Turns out no one was there to meet us and we paid for a taxi from the airport to the Comfort Inn. Not impressed...

Nothing Didn't like that the ad to what we actually were given was completely wrong. We paid for a king bed and got a double bed instead the showers are eay to small and weren't clean at all beds are hard which isn't good for someone with back problems. The overall atmosphere was just down right very budget. It needs a massive uplift and bathrooms needs to not have damaged rotten benches in there.

We have stayed here several times and always found the staff and amenities to be of a high standard. The menu for the restaurant is varied and quite suitable for our needs. The buffet breakfast in the morning is also very substantial and guests are adequately provided for. I have brought my grandchildren here to stay on a couple of occasions and it's perfect for our needs. The only thing I would recommend is that the pillows be a lot plumper/fatter with a couple of spares being available in the wardrobe. The pillows we had were quite thin and hard to sleep on with only one pillow each.

Good value for money especially free parking. Bus stop within short walk. Free n regular inner city bus services is a bonus First time ever in my life to see a room with only one chair and no table. No bed side, no writing and no small table for putting down a plate to eat. I managed to change to a normal room. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel as “Bad”.

Good location So dirty, everything was gross, huge black chunks of something came out of the aircon when we turned it on. The bed covers were unwashed and one had blood on it, the bathroom was also gross and the shower had mold.

Location and free parking. Room had one chair but no proper table in my room. Had to boil water and eat meals off the TV console table.

Close to everything that we needed brekkie was delicious People next door playing music at 1am and just odd hours during night and early morning. Heard someone knock told them to stop but they started up again. Old couple.
