Staff reception after days of travelling excellent courteous and friendly. Huge sleeping room, lounge and bathroom. Paintwork in bathroom needs repainting.

The staff were very nice at check in. The location was great and I had a pleasant enough stay. The price for one night was acceptable but I still felt the place was very tired. The entire hotel is in need of a makeover. It just looks and feels so tired, especially the carpet and even though everything was there, it was just all the very basics. The bed was quite hard which was a shame and there was no way of adjusting my own air conditioner for my comfort. I would have needed to get a heater if I wanted it warmer. The lifts felt creepy and unsafe but luckily there were no issues.

Location and parking were good. Check out staff were lovely. The room was clean. The bath had a plug and taps but no spout. Still not sure why each room required separate payment transactions. The staff couldn't explain it or didn't understand what I was asking.

The staff were very friendly and the room was serviced every day. The location was good, a short walk from the river, shops and Optus Stadium. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at an affordable cost It was abit cold in the room which made it difficult to dry wet jackets but we were provided with a small heater which did help. The doors are noisy if left to close automatically and there were guests in an adjacent room going in and out in the early hours of the morning letting the door 'bang' closed.

Very much in need of a renovation, very tired room. The Airconditioning was not working and it was VERY Cold in the room. They offered me a $10 electric floor heater - NOT good. Wouldnt stay here. Sad that booking.com has hotels like this on their website saying they are good.
