The whole experience was beyond our expectation. My wife and l were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we wrote a note when we booked the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to be given an excellent room with a view. The ensuite room was not what we expected but was offered. Room meal service was excellent. The food we ordered was easy to order and arrived in good time. The room was very well laid out with romantic petals on the bed. To top everything we had a beautiful platter of cheese, nuts and fruit and a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was quite cheap with vouchers and we had a fab night that was good value for our money. This was our return to Novotel Langley and this was our best and we will definitely return. Thank you all the friendly staff on duty these two days and more so the so the duty manager. Water temperature in the bathroom shower was a bit difficult to regulate. This is no big deal but can be fixed. Also the room was cold but we were provided with a heater which warmed up our room.

The staff with very lovely at the premises and they had a really good range of gluten and dairy free breakfast I’ve already emailed them with pictures of how dirty it was with pubic hair and other hair in the shower all up the walls on the vanity and the floor. It had clearly not been cleaned before I went in. I’ve emailed them and have received no response.

The hotel staff were most friendly and accomodating. I was happy to enjoy an upgrade for the night. The room was equipt and clean. The bed and pillows nice and comfy. Not that I didnt like but just that it is older style but obviously reflected in price. Room was cold due to old heating system but a small floor heater was provided
