Hotel Northbridge

I stay there often.. Its comfortable and im happy there Zero complaints

Exceptional

The distance to north bridge. The whole experience. To start with the key didn’t work in the door we walked in. The table was broken. The bedside handle on the cupboard was hanging off. We went to the toilet. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The toilet backing was hanging off and stuck you in the bum when you sat down there was gaffer tape holding the toilet together so all you could smell was sewage. The fridge froze everything the antenna on the TV didn’t work. The spout was broken in the spa. There was a dirty blanket in the cupboard. The air-conditioner was mouldy so when you turned it on or you could smell was mould it was disgusting. We ended up booking another hotel and left two hours after arriving when we informed the receptionist about everything that was wrong she said she was noting it all down which we could see she wasn’t, She then informed us we could not get a refund.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Parking downstairs was a bonus. No complaints.

Tv in room didn't work had hole in wall near roof you could see through so we left no point without a tv and were people could see you if they wanted All of it

Nice location and has history Very dated and smelled musty. A cockroach fell out of my folded towel. The air con unit leaked so we had to change rooms.

a great location I put down a 200 dollar security deposit its been about 3 weeks now and it still hasn't been returned

I loved the room as it had a spa bath in the bathroom to use and relax also iv never had any room at all at any hotel that was able to open the windows up in room also for the great location and the shower is very amazing and such good flow and pressure we are very satisfied with the choice of booking and room we book absolutely will be coming back to stay at hotel northbridge again. We didn't appreciate being charged a fee of 10.11 all because we asked for fresh towels at midnight l My partner called after hours to get towels and the night person told him that reception is closed between 9pm and 7:00am. I have never been ask or charged for anything after hours ever at any time i have stayed in hotels around Australia and overseas not once also house keeping came to room yesterday asked if we need any more bathroom towels and shower amenities and they where told we had to check and will let them know in a few mins my partner has gone back to door to say we did and they where gone and we had afternoon of adventure in the city and when we got back it slipped our minds about the needing towles ans shower amenities and when we were needing shower before our sleep had to call after hours number and we where told you will be charged a fee of 10 dollar for the bathroom towles so that is a huge frist for us to experience also there Is no mention in the room welcome binders to say that you can not call the hotel after hours service at a certain time of night and that between hour's of 9pm to 7am that the night attended is not available also not once at all during checking in Or I'n the binder to say that it is a charge of 10 dollar for your needing any more towels or amenities when we personally think you could update your detailed information in the welcome binders to include your rule of the night time and afterhour. The room has been not well maintained for the spa jets are brown and not cleaned correctly so we only the spa 2 times for this reason also It not nice to see stain running down the toilet walls of water stain and it should of been taking care when last cleaning of room was done the paint around the bathroom sink is not a good thing for people to see with the paint on it pealing away from wall making it look distasteful too see

Location ok, Extra charge on parking which seems normal, bar was closed, really old, has a four star rating no way, but still did the job

Location There was a noisy fan of some kind foing all night until early morning. The basin had a dripping tap that was annoying and couldn't be turned off

Location Was not very clean and only 2 power points worked in our room out of 8-10. Lighting in bathroom was terrible and water was extremely hot… burning! Spa bath did not work!
