Suited our needs. Rubbish in the shower before we used it. Some of the breakfast items seemed a little under cooked.

Staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with check in and we had to change rooms. They were very accommodating. They also gave us lots of information about the area and so on. The facilities are dated and could do with a makeover. Not a fan of the sticky carpet, tissues under the bed and previous guest ice bucket left outside our door for the 2 days.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable The curtains in the room came of the rails and they were dirty/faded/mouldy The ceiling above the shower was mouldy There was no room service on a Sunday. We noticed a food tray in the corridor from Saturday to Monday. There was no in house service for food on Saturday. One relied on a cafe attached to the hotel. We asked for a toasted sandwich on Saturday evening as 2 in the display unit but told they were for the breakfast menu. We then asked if that meant for the next day and they said yes. So they were selling that day's food the next day and one can only presume that it was not advertised as fresh.
