good service.. very comfortable conditions the problem for me is.. i check in at 10am and have to pay Rm109.00 booking only one night with breakfast Rm 272..so total RM 380..for one night..i hope i can go to ibis hotel again with cheap price.. if i can stay for 3 days 2 nights with cheap price..then it will be great.

Hotel consider comfort with premium parking but it is outdoor, still got room for improvement, I like the luxury vibe and bed quality, cotton smooth comfortable Swimming pool is not so clean and it is small, need to have sheltered premium parking for motorbike as well

very clean, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was good and there are convenience stores and restaurants around. nothing really, except for loud motorcycle noises at night at times, but it was nothing too bad.

Staff members were very kind and with full of hospitality, thanks a lot! We had to take a day trip in the very early morning before the breakfast starts. We asks the staff if it’s possible to get some take away breakfast and they kindly prepared it for us even we had to leave 1 hour before the breakfast starts. That meant a lot for us. Thank you so much! We’ll come back again! Cleaning wasn’t that thoroughly well done, but we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel Location is good, convenient. Since we didn't have breakfast, we don't know much about hotel breakfast. The cleanliness and housekeeping not up to the IBIS standard, they didn't change the towels. Staff not friendly and lack customer relations.

I’ve stayed here a few times for my staycations,and i love everything about this place except for the parking and alsoi found the pillow very uncomfortable, it was too soft! Its time to upgrade your pillow IBIS!

The toilet door in the given room was faulty. Change to another room but no chair is provided. Should do frequent checking & maintenance on the room facility.

The staff from the reception to the restaurant to room service are so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was continental, delicious and affordable. The pool view is so pleasant and private. The environment is calming and relaxing. I enjoyed my whole stay. 9 out of 10

The room was clean and the overall environment was pleasant. However, I found the pillow to be too thin for comfort, perhaps the hotel could consider providing additional or firmer pillow options upon request. Also, it would be great if parking could be complimentary or clearly stated during booking, as I wasn’t expecting to pay for it
