Maybe need to slightly improve how staff communicates with customer on communication platform. How to introduce , how to greet etc . The rest fine.

Location Too small room, table in the room way too big(one couldn’t even walk through properly), congested bathroom (door would pass commode), no electric kettle in the rooms, insufficient breakfast (only breads?)…
