Had booked the same hotel several times but every time we arrived the staff was always on break. I need to wait 30 minutes to wait for the staff to come to the counter.

The bed sheet and pillow case dirty and smell not good. Im not sure it was change or not when cleaning service.. The airconditioner got leaking and very old, not cold... The tv also i think the management should change in every room because got problem when switch on the tv, the picture not clear and blur.. The smell of the room also not good, im not sure the customer before that smoking or what.. Please improve the cleanliness in the room to make sure the customer happy to check in there. Thank you.

The air conditioner is not working — only hot air is coming out. Luckily, there's a wall fan to help

Water heater spoil, no hot water!!! My kids can't shower cold water. Tv remote battery also spoil, go down reception change battery, they gave me another remote control, after bring back to room then notice the remote control no battery!!! So dissappoited.

staff: not friendly. espicially overnight staff.??? room: when u back to your room, lipas aiyooo, everywhere la gila!!!???? TV: they give remote TV, but TV 100% not working! luckly i have netflix on my phone.??? aircond not cold, but is okay if u fine with 20c condition.??? overall the room is okay but smelly lipas.?↔️?↔️?↔️
