There was no breakfast, rooms were small, cleaning lady was nice but needs a team to support her, maybe to come and do a deep clean once a week, so that she can focus on the rooms. I had to change rooms, ants and little bugs, felt super unclean. The elevator felt like grim on the buttons, the whole place just needs to be washed down, walls and doors, places people touch a lot.

I booked online, but when I arrived at the counter to check in, there was no staff present. There was no memo or notice, and even after calling several times, no one responded. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, a staff member (men) finally came. When I wanted to make payment, the booking price was supposed to be RM60, but the staff charged me RM83. When I asked why the price was different from the booking system, I was told it did not include other charges. I frequently book online, and before this, I never experienced any price difference with Booking.com. When I entered the room, the air conditioner could not be adjusted, the bed was dirty,have a stain and the towel had a bad smell. Thankfully, I requested a change and a staff member sent a replacement. Overall, the RM83 I paid was not worth the experience, and i wont came again.

First of all, the price was not as advertised. I was told the added price when im arrived. Then, the room ! Gosh I cant even imagine how big of a different the actual room was than the picture in the app. And the smell !! Like it was being left for a looong time ! I even had to sprayed my perfume. I at least expected that the bed and the comforter will be clean AT LEAST ! Well guess what ?! Its not ! It had so many dirty spots ! I swear this will be the first and the last time im staying here!
