Our room was nice but the lack of hot water for the shower and the private jacuzzi we paid extra for was concerning. The two extra windows in the room are nice but definitely need blinds in both of them as if you are looking to sleep in past sunrise at all, this isn’t the room for you. Our closet door was missing as well. Not to mention the cheap RCA flat screen was ready to fall off the mount.

Friendly staff. Room was very clean with ample towels. The breakfast bar lots of options and it was fresh. I really enjoyed the walnuts to top off my yogurt. We didn’t use the limousine service, but a great feature to offer for hotel guests. Highly recommended hotel!

At ck in, the lobby had a horrible solvent smell for over a day. Room was very comfy but not sound proof. Nice area, shopping, restaurants, etc readily available. Staff was very nice. A bit pricey considering the accommodations.

The staff was amazing and the location is great! It was a little outdated and some of the amenities did not work, the steam room option for the shower was broke, the toilets had very little pressure, it just felt a little run down for the price.
