Tiffany and Brian were a wealth of info when it came to places to eat and where I might find Petoskey stones. The only complaint I had was the base of the toilet was not caulked. The commode was quite wobbly

The hotel was very clean, but it needs some updating. The first room had an odor because the A/C in the room was going bad. The staff was super helpful and switched us to a different room. The other room was better! The only issue it had was the mini fridge didn’t have a freezer (which the first one did-minor inconvenience) and the shower curtain was falling down in the bathroom so it didn’t close properly. The side entry door to the hotel was broken and didn’t close all the way. The continental breakfast had a great selection!! And the all day complimentary waters and coffee are a small amenity that goes a long way!!

The bathroom was huge but only had a small sink. There was no place to place toiletry items.

Will be staying here again if i ever need to. Cant beat the price. Our room was clean, and a.c worked great. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast and coffee was hot. Not much more you can ask for.

The property was very clean. Our room was well appointed. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub overall, a very positive experience.

Got a lake view and had to be moved to the 2nd floor but still most of view was blocked by buildings. No elevator but they are working on that. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast was great! One the out skirts of town, but only a 5 min drive to downtown. It is a nice hotel.
