The hotel smelled bad the minute you walked in, carpet was full of stains. Room smelled just as bad.

It was quiet. There are roaches, door lock did not work, door would not open with key, homeless and drug addicts walking around, breakfast is only toast.

Was closed to my places that I needed to go All hotels

Only downfall were the loud people.

Front staff very helpful and attentive.

AC in room barely worked. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. Fridge didn’t work. No coffee in the room. Breakfast was a joke and looked gross.

Rooms could get better cleaned in my opinion maybe try changing pillow non stained cases and Oder to rooms need to change

We liked the beds nice comfortable beds, and good clean blankets and pillows I booked 2 smoke free rooms ahead online with 2 beds in each room but they gave us 1 smoke room, so we told the staff and all they had left was a suit with 1 bed that room was ok just 1 less bed than I booked online, one room air condition didn't work properly it took almost till morning until the room was more comfortable, the fridge didn't work at all, the floors were extremely dirty, the highchair in the breakfast room was too dirty and sticky to put my child on, breakfast was good for the price until this time no cereal no yogurt like normally, we often rented this place i don't know what happened to this place, but things sure changed to the worse, we don't plan an staying anymore unless things go back to how they use to be

Low life people stay there,drug addict guys. Noise all night. Breakfast is a joke. The doors that are supposed to be locked at all times for security reasons are not able to lock. Whirlpool was nasty. It was out of order and kids were still getting in. Restroom smelled like backed up sewer..no hot water in shower. Picnic area was dirty and there was thousands of flies.Couldnt eat our bbq in peace. Been here stayed here a few times...this place gets worse and worse. Oh and make sure u lock ur doors..cars and room. The landscaping at the pool area is so high u can't see the uneven ground. My wife almost fell. Never again will this place be our resting place when we visit the RGV...
