Only about two minutes after entering our room, someone knocked on the door. Two fire alarm technicians were there and told me I had to open the door so they could inspect the smoke detector. Their attitude was extremely rude and aggressive. One of them even told me that if I didn’t open the door, it would become a “security issue.” I understand that safety inspections may be necessary, but guests should be treated respectfully and, ideally, informed beforehand. I also don’t understand why these inspections couldn’t be done in unoccupied rooms. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we had just signed a document stating there was a $250 fine for smoking in the room, yet the room already smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we walked in. My wife was with me, and she was genuinely frightened by the technicians’ aggressive behavior. We ultimately felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave the hotel. This was not the experience we expected as paying guests. Hotel management should seriously reconsider how these inspections are handled and how guests are treated.

In general this hotel is very dirty. We were given a room that was never cleaned. I requested a refund and left. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room smelled bad and the bed was crooked. I left since I couldn’t sleep on it.

Door was open 3 times in the same day without knocking even with a pay room in clear violation of guest privacy

Door to room was not working, was moved to another room. Next room the door was so loose and felt like it didn’t even lock or close correctly. I did not feel safe it looked dirty. Was not happy at all.

Clean room, and parking was easy

We found hair still on our bed. Water hardly came out of shower. Needs upgrading. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Only the location Fridge was very old , the mini split kept going on and off and was pretty hot, there was nothing to watch on the tv and bathroom was bad .

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, ofrecen refrigerador y tampoco funcionaba, no nos dieron opción a solución alegando falta de cuartos, la señorita de recepción nada amable

Elevator is dirty, the whole place smells like humidity , bed was a spring bed that made my back hurt in the middle of the night Will NOT comeback to this hotel , thanks

La habitación tenia malos olores muy malos, el baño tenia apariciones de moho por todas partes, no había shampoo ni jabones para el uso de los huéspedes durante la ducha, en la noche hubo una persona alterando el orden en la propiedad y no había una persona en recepción que resolviera problematicas durante la estancia, incluso al momento de hacer el chequeo de salida no había personal en la recepción, estaba cerrado.

Didn’t let me check in after 1am I had a long ride back from work and I couldn’t stay terrible service they should state that whenever people are going to book it
