The hotel is in a lovely historic building in Fish Town, far above the grandeur of the (semi-gritty) neighborhood. The interior accountremonts are tasteful, eclectic and understated and inviting. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. The pool space is also interesting. The staff is helpful and outgoing. Great restaurants in walking distance. The only snafu is the parking and luggage drop off which is in very close quarters and can be a challenge with day to day traffic. Overall a lively experiment in an emerging neighborhood in Philly. Pleasant stay.

All of the staff were sensational & super helpful. The property was really well kept. The Caletta bar on premise was beautiful with really great drinks & food.

Great room. Beautiful property. They could use a proper coffee setup. Not the push button machine at a higher end place like this. Very happy overall. Will be back.

We loved the food and drinks at Bastia. The pool is fabulous with cool towels and these little personal fans (old school, you wave them). The rooms are large with very high ceilings and exposed beams. There was a comfy chair and little reading nook, ample clothing storage, a large stocked fridge and bar and good-sized bathroom with the coolest robes. The staff are fabulous. Wesley in the bar was terrific. Breakfast servers had great recommendations. And thank you so much to the front desk team who got us in after an early arrival. You won’t want to leave this place. We will be back ❤️

Amazing boutique hotel with wonderful touches in a unique part of Philly

Great hotel that has the potential to be even better. The food was incredible, and the decor was warm and inviting. Staff could be warmer and more welcoming to visitors, but overall it was a great stay.

Perfectly cleanly. An event on terrace made lounging by the pool uncomfortable.

Our main complaint was the parking. We were lured in by the description of free parking with unlimited in and out privileges. But the parking area was so blocks away and there was no monitoring for our safety or our vehicle. I found it hard to sleep knowing that our car was so far away in an open lot with apparent trash on the ground.

Amazing hotel, clean and beautiful pool. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back.

The pool area is incredible and the lunch we had was delicious! I love the decor! The few issues we had mostly revolved around untrained staff. Parking is a few blocks away and the bag drop off and pick up was a little challenging.
